Although the amount of vitamins needed to protect
self is very little, its importance is immense. Vitamins are essential for the
body to grow and stay healthy. There is a variety of food items in balanced
food, which provides plenty of vitamins from balanced diet. However, there is a
shortage of vitamin D deficiency in the body due to regular Vitamin Diet. Later
on, it destroys the body physically, even after death.
Vitamin can be divided into two categories, fat-soluble
vitamins and water soluble vitamins.
Fat-soluble vitamins
Vitamin A
Milk, butter, fats, eggs, carrots, mango,
jack-fruit, colored vegetables, fishes
etc. are found in vitamin A.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D contains milk, eggs, liver or liver,
dairy products, fish oil, edible oil etc.
Vitamin E and K.
Vitamin E and all those foods mentioned above are
available.
Water-soluble vitamins
Vitamin B
Vitamin B is found in ebay, dipped rice, jaggery
