The importance of
carbohydrate to keep our body healthy is unpredictable. Every person must eat
enough sugar every day to keep a healthy body healthy. We know that the raw

algae. To eat raw food easily digestion, we eat rice, flour, potato and so on.
After eating the digested glucose. Bicarbonate and many carbohydrates become
absorbed in simple sugar by digesting it. Simple carbohydrates are important
for human fertility, because the human body can absorb only simple
carbohydrates.
