The importance of carbohydrate to keep our body healthy is unpredictable. Every person must eat enough sugar every day to keep a healthy body healthy. We know that the raw material that is high in the food is classified as a catheter of the self material. According to the material, the diet is mainly divided into three categories:

1. Protein: Increasing body and erosion.
2. Sugar: Helps in generating power in the body.
3. Late and fatty foods: The body produces heat and energy.

example: rice, potato, green leafy vegetables

We mainly get rice, wheat and algae. To eat raw food easily digestion, we eat rice, flour, potato and so on. After eating the digested glucose. Bicarbonate and many carbohydrates become absorbed in simple sugar by digesting it. Simple carbohydrates are important for human fertility, because the human body can absorb only simple carbohydrates.
